Kangaroo Express' Battle for Bean Street Gains National Recognition
The promotion that had local UNC, NC State and Duke university fans battling against each other in a show of team pride to win money for their team's charity of choice, received national recognition in both The New York Times and PRWeek. Largemouth worked with reporters at both national publications to pitch and arrange interviews. These placements not only validated the campaign's innovation in bringing all three schools together on one integrated regional-wide campaign, but also put The Pantry on the national stage for its innovative and creative approach to rebranding Kangaroo Express stores as the fast, friendly, convenient stop for fresh foods and great coffee.

CORT Appears on The Celebrity Apprentice (Again!)
CORT, the only national provider of furniture rental, appeared on The Celebrity Apprentice for the third time! Largemouth has managed and promoted these appearances, ensuring ‘The Donald' never says "You're fired," to CORT. CORT provided furniture as contestants were challenged to stage the set for a television commercial. By managing and promoting these appearances, Largemouth has effectively introduced CORT, and the benefits of furniture rental, to a national viewing audience of millions.


Electrical Wholesaling Cover Story, "The Hardware Behind the Cloud"
Largemouth pitched an editor at Electrical Wholesaling and worked with him to provide an interview with Rob Agar, V.P., infrastructure services and corporate information technology for Eaton Corp., who has been leading the design and development of a new installation of three data centers for Eaton. Agar's interview and insight on designing and managing a data center featured explanations of the Eaton data center products used and Eaton's ability to further refine products according to data center needs, including sustainability and reliability.


Water Utility Infrastructure Management Article, "City of Santa Maria Realizes Benefits of Automated Metering Infrastructure"
On behalf of our client Sensus, Largemouth worked with a contact at Water Utility Management Infrastructure to pitch and submit an article for their February issue bylined by Sharon Sweeney, a water resources manager for Santa Maria, Calif., one of Sensus' utility customers. This article told the success story of a utility that utilized the Sensus FlexNet Advanced Metering Infrastructure to save more than two million gallons of water in a year through leak detection and implement tiered water pricing rates for customers.

Largemouth wrote and submitted a post to Steve Kemble's A Dose of Sass event blog to promote CORT Trade Show and Event Furnishings' award for Best Booth Design at the Exhibitor2011 conference in Las Vegas.
